You will need your horse to teach you about NA. During the following sessions remember that YOU ARE LEARNING something your horse KNOWS very well. Your horse will teach you NA ONLY if he wants to teach you this. We cannot force it to happen, and we cannot trick your horse to respond to your NA.
To have direct experience of NA, you strongly advise doing BodyMarc and Calming Technique. You also have to prepare your horse. You need to remove all physical and emotional pain your horse can have now. Please check if your horse moves willingly during the training. That means that your horse starts to trot in a calm
