Every experience leaves an impression in the mind. When the mind lacks flexibility, it holds on to the impression, and tries to repeat it. We call it: repeating patterns.
When we act through repeating patterns, the body has to close, and creates barriers in itself in the form of tensions.
Usually, people try to push through these barriers, and if they push long enough and skillfully enough the barrier slowly moves away. It never disappears – it moves deeper.
True flexibility is the quality of an action, which is free from barriers. All body is available for the action, and there are no boundaries to be felt neither in the body, nor in the mind, simply because there are no tensions that could limit expression of this action.
When exploring the action becomes more important than the impression it gives, true connection is possible. The body is free to express intended action in all possible ways.
It’s exploring the boundless passion to express each action in all possible ways.
I am thrilled to be exploring this subject deeper for all onehorselife students in the upcoming SpotLight Clinic about FLEXIBILITY: https://onehorselife.com/spotlight-clinic-flexibility/
BOUNDLESS PASSION TO ACT
