I approached it with humbleness and respect, giving myself an endless time for that. My wonderful Pawel who is an advanced yogi was there with me to give me all support needed and guide me, as it is crucial to be given Nauli, as any technique in your life, from a teacher, and not to take it from the books or YouTube (!!)
I was astonished to see how quickly I managed to do it. Just within first minutes my body allowed the experience of Bahya Kumbhaka, when the air is totally pushed out from the lungs, and then just opened for first experience of Uddiyana Bandha, when the rib cage opens without lungs being filled with air to allow the stomach be pulled inwards and upwards.
I could feel my inner organs precisely and I felt absolute effortlessness of every attempt. I am in awe and on my knees today giving thanks to BodyMarc and Paweł who carefully developed and brought into our home and into the homes of our students this absolutely INCREDIBLE SYSTEM OF EXPANDING BODY AWARENESS.
I shed quite few tears today, being so incredibly grateful to my body that opens before me so willingly.
