When you expand your awareness, you go outside the world of your current perception. You go outside the world of your current thinking and imagination.
Thinking cannot help you in this process. Thinking can only hold you in the place where you are now.
To step out, you need GUIDANCE.
You can receive this guidance automatically when you open yourself to something that is connected to the Reality. And you already know, that your breathing is connected to the Reality if you are not controlling it.
Search for the Guidance observing your breathing.
To be guided you need an Intention. If you have no intention, you cannot be guided, because there is no direction.
BodyMarc is very simple and automatic process, when you have the intention to relax and search for guidance in your breathing.
When you will do BodyMarc exercises you flex some muscles, have the intention to relax the rest of the body and search for guidance observing your breathing. This is the BodyMarc TECHNIQUE. This is the ESSENSE of BodyMarc.
When you want to relax muscles that you are aware of, you can do this BECAUSE you are already aware of them. When you want to relax muscles that you are NOW aware of now, you CANNOT do this, because you are not aware of them. When you have the INTENTION to relax these muscles, and you are open for guidance, you CAN do this because you can be GUIDED TO EXPAND YOUR AWARENESS.
Some of the advanced BodyMarc exercises may seem difficult or even impossible to you at first. You may experience the feeling of effort when you start doing them for the first time. Remember that this effort is not needed! In fact, when you feel and effort, that means that you want to expand your awareness with your thinking. It cannot work! Drop the effort and return to BodyMarc Technique: have the intention to relax the rest of the body and ask for guidance observing your breathing.
In some moment of doing BodyMarc exercises, you can start to feel directly a tension coming from wanting to relax. You will directly experience the difference between wanting and the Intention.
The Intention is always open and has no tensions in it.
