After the “scary” photos and video of Nauli Kriya, Pawel said that I should probably post my Sunday breakfast because it may be a shock to many of you to learn how much I eat. Yes, I eat much, but I eat things that my body fully accepts, craves for and can fully digest. And “MY BODY” is here the key.
This process for me was started neither by following a diet from a book, nor by sticking to the New Year’s resolutions. It was not a strong will based self-control either. I simply followed our BodyMarc System of Exercises for the body and mind crafted carefully to expand body awareness, and then by gaining through them the trust and the connection with the body I allowed ME to allow my body to EAT WHAT MY BODY WANTS TO EAT.
Shocking? Yes, it was a shock to many. And quite scary thing for even more of people: To fully allow your body to eat what it wants to eat.
I heard all the below questions:
“What if your body will want only chocolate?”
“What if your body will want only bad things?”
“What if your body will want only unhealthy things?”
But I was already deeply connected with my body and I knew I have to go through this process to the fullness. It felt like pulling od stickers away from the core of my self, and bringing the truth about my body to the light. I trusted and followed my body.
After all these options were explored, and the tensions that were the true causes of their existence – released, the new cravings came. Cravings for deeply understood and felt self-healing, and the deep goosebumps-brining needs for nourishment based on the unique needs of my body. And it felt like rebirth to follow it.
I it’s mind blowing to feel the super-speed pace of regeneration and rejuvenation that your beautiful takes if it gets the fuel that YOUR body needs.

Today’s breakfast menu:
Fresh fruits with crunched walnuts,
Corn flour milk-free and eggs-free Muffin with plums, apples and walnuts,
Grilled Vegetables with amaranth and corn oil.
I want to especially thank here the marvellous Chef that prepares my meals accordingly to the long list of things that I avoid and that I favour in my diet. This, to me, is also a sign of the biggest possible support I have been given on this path: to meet a Chef that treats my “weirdness” as a great opportunity to show off his passion and skills is mind-blowing!!!
I am so thankful, and my heart feels so full.
(almost as full as my stomach!)
Wow, as I’m reading your article, I feel aliveness inside of me. Saying ‘yes’ to all the goodness and alowing totally. Your vision of letting the body speak is truly wonderfull. Have a nice day.
