We are taught from the earliest childhood to fulfill what is commonly believed to be true or right, or not harmful, and to not to step into the “wrong” or “new”. The distinction between right and wrong was emphasized many thousands years ago, when some people lost ability to be connected, and they created rules to maintain order and safety in the groups.
People are afraid of stepping into the new, because they have no idea who they are. When we have no idea of who we are, we cannot take free actions, because our actions taken in disconnection will hurt ourselves and others.
It’s easier to tell people what not to do, than to tell them how to connect.
We are thought not to take actions or to limit the range of actions that we take, and we are told that it will bring us prosperity, happiness and safety. But we learn that even this in the effect leads to disconnection as we cannot experience connection if we take only the actions we agree with, or which we are used to take by following social convictions or our fears or fears of other people.
This is why so many people are feeling like choking or loosing their life power at some point of their life. They feel heavy and without possibility of taking a full breath with a the full capacity of the chest. Simply because their actions are inhibited, and this disconnects them from their true path, and their bodies show them that by doing so they are not only hurting themselves, but also slowing down the LIFE in the bigger view – by not following their Life’s purpose and because of that disconnecting other people and everything around them.
Instead of following the RULES about LIFE, we need to learn to CONNECT to SUPPORT LIFE and learn how to connect with it’s flow.
