These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, access and use of the OneHorseLifeONE offer. By purchasing, accessing, or attempting to access the OneHorseLifeONE offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Definition of the Offer
The OneHorseLifeONE offer provides lifetime access to digital educational content created by OneHorseLife, including all current and future OneHorseLife self-study programmes. These programmes are designed exclusively for independent and individual learning. Only self-study courses explicitly listed on the OneHorseLifeONE product page are included in this offer.
The OneHorseLifeONE offer does not confer any rights to teach, instruct, mentor, certify, educate, treat, rehabilitate, or provide professional services derived from or based on OneHorseLife materials.
2. Nature and Scope of Access
Access to OneHorseLifeONE is provided exclusively to the individual who completes the purchase or to the person designated at the time of purchase. Access is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable. It may be revoked if these terms are violated.
The purchaser shall not share, lend, sublicense, resell, or otherwise grant use of their access credentials or course materials to any third party, including but not limited to family members, friends, staff, students, clients, or business partners.
The purchaser shall not display the materials in any shared or group environment, whether physical or digital, including classrooms, training arenas, riding clubs, live online sessions, or any informal or formal educational context.
Any unauthorised sharing, distribution, reproduction, or provision of access — whether deliberate or negligent — shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
3. Prohibition of Commercial, Educational and Professional Use
The purchaser acknowledges that the OneHorseLifeONE offer is provided strictly for private, personal educational use.
The purchaser shall not, under any circumstances, use the knowledge or materials derived from the offer, in whole or in part, to teach, coach, train, consult, mentor, instruct, rehabilitate, or otherwise guide horses or humans, whether paid or unpaid, either directly or through intermediaries.
The purchaser shall not offer seminars, webinars, group lessons, clinics, workshops, or any other in-person or digital education based on or inspired by the materials. The purchaser shall not modify, adapt, commercialise, or incorporate the techniques into their own commercial offerings, business activities, or professional practice, regardless of format.
Any professional use of OneHorseLife materials requires a separate professional or PRO license explicitly granted by OneHorseLife.com B.V. and / or ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU. Failure to obtain such license constitutes unauthorised use and infringement.
4. Intellectual Property and Derivative Works
All course content, including but not limited to videos, instructional frameworks, progressive relaxation methodologies, tendon-based movement systems, residual tension release techniques, written texts, diagrams, illustrations, educational sequences and teaching principles are the exclusive intellectual property of ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU, OneHorseLife.com B.V. and / or Anna Marciniak.
The purchaser acquires a personal right of access only and does not acquire ownership of intellectual property nor any transfer, license or sub-licensing rights.
The purchaser is strictly prohibited from translating, reformatting, paraphrasing, modifying, or adapting the materials to create new content, products, services, educational structures, online or offline materials, or any derivative works.
The purchaser may not claim inspiration, reinterpretation, or “modified versions” as original work nor use digital tools, including artificial intelligence, to generate derivative content based on OneHorseLife materials.
Any derivative use, regardless of scope or intent, constitutes infringement of copyright and commercial misuse.
The purchaser may not use any concepts, language, terminology, frameworks, or methods derived from the materials to create or promote alternative systems, philosophies, or modalities.
5. Non-Refundable Purchase and Waiver of Rights
OneHorseLifeONE is a digital product granting immediate access to downloadable and permanently retainable materials.
By completing the purchase, the purchaser irrevocably acknowledges that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
The purchaser expressly waives any statutory right of withdrawal, including under Directive 2011/83/EU or equivalent national consumer legislation governing digital content.
The purchaser further waives the right to dispute payments on the basis of dissatisfaction, lack of expected results, change of personal circumstances, lack of use, or misunderstanding of the scope of access.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of contract and will be treated as fraudulent use of the service. The purchaser acknowledges full responsibility for all payment actions made through their account, regardless of who initiates them.
ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU and / or OneHorseLife.com B.V. reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of damages, collection costs, administrative expenses, and loss of intellectual property value resulting from such dispute.
7. Enforcement and Remedial Action
In the event of suspected or confirmed unauthorised use, commercial exploitation, access sharing, dissemination, or infringement, ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU and / or OneHorseLife.com B.V. may permanently revoke access to the OneHorseLifeONE offer, block associated accounts or devices, and initiate legal action seeking damages, including intellectual property recovery.
The purchaser waives any claim to refund or compensation arising from such actions.
8. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer
The purchaser acknowledges that all OneHorseLifeONE content is educational in nature and not medical, veterinary, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice.
The purchaser accepts full responsibility for how they apply the knowledge, and expressly agrees that training horses, working with riders, or applying techniques carries risk.
ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU and / or OneHorseLife.com B.V. make no warranty, explicit or implied, regarding training results, performance outcomes, competitive success, behavioural changes, emotional responses, physical improvement, or personal transformation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU and / or OneHorseLife.com B.V. shall not be liable for injuries, death, property damage, medical conditions, financial losses, business disruption, emotional harm, or any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of OneHorseLifeONE materials.
The total liability of ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU and / or OneHorseLife.com B.V. in any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price paid.
10. Data Protection and GDPR
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
To provide access, communication and administration of services, data may be processed by external service providers including, but not limited to: MailChimp, Intercom, Senadator, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Data may be stored outside the European Union subject to GDPR-compliant safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

11. Definition of Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” refers to the operational lifetime of the OneHorseLifeONE platform and not to the biological lifetime of the purchaser.
ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU and / or OneHorseLife.com B.V. may alter hosting, technology, delivery method, platform structures, or access format as required.
Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of breach, fraud, unlawful use, misuse of intellectual property, or violation of these terms.
12. Amendments and Updates to the Terms
ONE HORSE LIFE MEDIA SLU and / or OneHorseLife.com B.V. reserves the right to amend, update, or rewrite these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to protect intellectual property, comply with legal requirements, or adjust the scope of access, delivery method, or platform operation.
Any modification becomes effective upon publication on the OneHorseLife website or delivery to the purchaser via digital communication.
Continued access, use, or login following such updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review the Terms regularly. Failure to review does not exempt the purchaser from compliance.
Updates apply to all existing and future users without the need for separate notification or explicit acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to the OneHorseLifeONE offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
14. Final Agreement
By completing the purchase, the purchaser declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full, without reservation.
They confirm that they voluntarily waive rights to refund or withdrawal, accept the personal-use-only nature of the licence, accept full responsibility for their application of the materials, and accept that legal jurisdiction lies in the Netherlands.
