When we are in serious pain, we act differently. Pain is promoting aggression, repetition, control and even more pain.
Pain is changing our actions that we take outside and is changing actions that our body is taking. The body in a chronic pain starts to contract muscles, limit the movement, create fatigue and to use genes differently.
Pain is changing the reality in which we live.
How is it possible and what it really means for us?
Many times we want to change ourselves or our horses. We want to act differently. We want our horses to behave differently. We see that we repeat the same patterns and then we create theories that “we are like this.” We label ourselves.
On the other hand, we see that pain is changing how we behave. We can ask a very important question:
How would we act free from pain?
Free from pain means that there are no stimuli in the body, not that we do not feel them. Free from pain is free from the real cause, not free from consequences because we are not listening.
What could change when we free our bodies from pain?
How much of our today’s behavior is related to pain?
How our horses will change when we are free from pain?
These questions are very important. To investigate these areas, first, we need a method to release pain not to cover or shadow it.
Thankfully we already know, that growing Awareness has pain releasing properties. That means, that when we grow our Awareness, the pain can leave our bodies.
I receive many testimonials how practicing BodyMarc is changing how people act. Many of these changes are coming from releasing pain.
I am very curious what will happen when we grow Awareness even bigger and achieve even more freedom from pain.
