When our long awaited SECRETS Seminar came to an end, I realised that I have some catching up to do with the JoinAnna materials and videos for my students! Of course, my first reaction was: OMG!!! JoinAnna!!! Aaaa….!!! QUICKLY!
How much I laughed when I caught myself on this thought!!!
I have learned from my horses that whenever the rushing fever hits us, whenever we see a “problem” popping up during the exercises and we feel that we MUST SOLVE this problem NOW or else SOMETHING BAD will happen… we should in fact, take a break. Slow down. Come back to the most basic basis and dedicate all the time needed to them.
When you come to the basis, you can see your true situation that you have now with your horse, and you can see all the possibilities that this situation brings to your Life.
When you start solving the situation from the place that is outside of your current reach, you will only experience bigger mess and bigger frustration.
It is important to see your current situation as something that brings many possibilities to your life, not something that limits you or happens to annoy you.
The old saying says that before you shoot an arrow, you have to pull it back. And there is a big power behind that.
