“…Many people believe that to build something, you have to nearly destroy it. They believe that to have a trusting and a safe relationship with your horse, you have to chase him in rounds until he sweats up and gives up. They believe that to build a muscle you have to work it until the the trauma to the muscle fibers occurs (that is referred to as muscle injury or muscle damage in literature), so the organism is in stress and activates satellite cells to rebuild the damaged muscle fibre.
When you read about the muscle growth in many books and studies, you can learn that the muscle grows through: Muscle tension, muscle damage, metabolic stress.
But… Do we really need to damage something to make it grow?
Of course, if you try to damage Life, Life will rebuild, simply because Life is invincible in it’s very essence. YOU CANNOT DAMAGE LIFE, YOU CAN DAMAGE YOUR EXPERIENCE OF LIFE, but Life will continue.
Life will continue with or without you and will continue to express itself, outside of your experience of Life and outside of your awareness…”
