Be free. Do as you like. Experiment. SMILE TO YOUR HORSE!!!
There are many courses and many trainers who will tell you: do that and never do that, always only this way, never that way. Only follow this routine, and never follow that one. With my comments and my feedback for each of my Workshop’s students I want to show them that each horse and each person is different and for each one I highlight and suggest different things.
If you want to do something that is not mentioned in the book that you are currently reading, or if you feel like doing something totally “out of the blue” with your horse that would now destroy your “strict plan” – DO IT!
Do not attach to anything.
Try out as many things as you can.
Gain experiences.
Feel the world as it truly is.
BE.
This is the most important teaching of Bhagavad-Gita, unfortunately not understood by so many people: “Freed from duality, ever firm in purity, independent of possessions, possessed of the Self” – and possessions here are not understood exclusively by the Earthly possessions like houses, money, cars etc. but also as BONDAGE TO ABSTRACT CONCEPTS, like for example: clicker training, following strict diet, being A-level kind of person, being “someone better”, etc.
Some people think that it’s enough to give away your cloths or don’t mind type of the car you drive to work each day. But this is not enough, and many times this is just not the way.
If you now start to change yourself and you try new things on your way to SPIRITUAL FREEDOM with your horses and suddenly you find yourself looking for another ways to BE LIMITED by some rules that you now invent yourself, or if you now look for another ways to control your life with your horses – you won’t get there, you simply WILL EXCHANGE ONE CAGE FOR THE OTHER.
My teachings are very simple: BE FREE and happy as a child. Do as you like. It doesn’t really matter. Your clicking technique doesn’t matter. How much time you spend on each exercise doesn’t really matter, etc. If you will train 10 times a day or 1 time a week doesn’t matter. Trust me.
What matter is that you are happy, calm and relaxed. And when with your horse, this happy-calm-relaxed state in you allows you to SEE YOUR HORSE AS HE TRULY IS, and not how YOUR THOUGHTS MAKE HIM.
Be yourself. Worry less. Mind less.
SMILE TO YOUR HORSE!!!.
