Calmness is not a sleepy, passive state of inaction. Calmness is not meditation.

Calmness is open and active.
Calmness brings more happiness and bliss. Calmness opens all possibilities. It makes all the possibilities — possible.

Your horse will engage in teaching you about Calmness very quickly, naturally. When your horse sees you are open he will want to have more and more trainings with you, because he will be able to show you and teach you about Calmness and share with you her gifts.

Your horse will want to be with you from the ground and from the saddle. Your horse will invite you for riding, and will insist on riding with you. Your horse will show you the beauty and lightness of movement free from tensions. Such Engagement is possible for your horse only when he sees that the trainings with you are about something more than giving your horse puzzles to solve. Such Engagement will happen when your horse will see that you are open to listen to what he has to say, not only in terms of agreeing or disagreeing to take some actions together, liking or disliking some bits of the time you spend together, but that you are really open and listening to what your horse wants to teach you, about LIFE and how to live it to be happy, successful and fulfilled. Your horse will teach you how movement can be free from any tensions. Your horse will show you that transitions can be light, happy and bringing more and more Calmness to you and him. Every time to you will be ready your horse will give you something new. Your horse will show you, that repeating and repeating and repeating is not the way to live and grow. Your horse will show you the beauty and lightness of doing new things every time, every day, every minute. Your horse will teach you how to be ready. Expanding awareness

Your horse will show you that your awareness is unbounded. Your horse will teach you how to release tensions and unblock and remove limits of your awareness. Your horse will show you that you can expand your awareness in Calmness. Your horse will show you, that he also needs moments of Calm movement to expand his awareness. You will be able to act together. You will be able to help each other in expanding awareness.

Acting together

Your horse will show you that you do not need to ask or demand anything. Your horse will show you that when you ask or demand, you separate yourself. And when you separate from your horse the connection is broken, and you cannot influence him anymore. Your horse will show you how to act without loosing connection. Your horse will show you how to act Together without asking or demanding. Your will show you how your innocent intentions can be fulfilled without any tensions.

Calmness

Calmness is being open.
Calmness is being grateful.
Calmness is being light.
Calmness is being happy.
Calmness is when you smile to your horse.
Calmness opens all the possibilities.
In Calmness you can see the Reality.
Everything emerges from Calmness.
