I am touched and proud to share my journey and each experience that filled my heart with inspiration and trust with you.
It may look like just a small step towards preparations for the Summer riding season and expanding awareness of the abdominal muscles corset, but it’s giant step for me and my journey of experiencing the expansion of learning from horses and the whole Nature, to learning directly from my own body and allowing it guide me into the areas that were new and closed before me.
To share it with you gives me goosebumps and sparks in the eyes because it’s such an important step for me in my own Life.
I am still amused to learn in my own body how much BodyMarc, our system for expanding Body Awareness for Riders, became such a complex and holistic leverage for me towards Nauli Kriya…and everything that exists out there, outside my current awareness of my body.
