In the innocent and natural process of life you will experience periods of intense activity followed by quiet weeks and months and then by periods of unimaginable activity, again.
This succession of storms and stillness, of calmness and action, of joy and sadness is sent to let you experience the volatility, the lightness and ever-changing nature of things.
In this experience you will learn that the evanescence, the ever-changing nature of things has a stable point. It is the process of creation, manifestation and disappearance. Feeling, truly feeling this unchanging essence of ever-changing nature of things will free you from all the attachments you may feel right now.
Anything you desire, you will be given because the Nature has unbounded potential and energy, but never at the moment when you want, but only if you let go the crave. You will learn that the value of things lies not in themselves, but in the desire.
And knowing this you can direct your desire to the only stable, unchanging and important desire you can have – to the desire to understand who you really are.
From this point letting go will be your everyday reality.
It will be above you, around you and below you. It will be your bread, your air and your water and soil. It will simply become your reality.
This is something my OneHorseLife.com students started to experience, truly experience and understand during our Start-Up GroundWork Workshop. This is something that I feel that this workshop has given them in form of a silent background of all the cues and exercises and fun moments they experience together with their horses.
And the changes in themselves and their horses move me very much right now. It’s a heart warming moment to hear “I’ve never felt so happy when with my horse before” and “I came back home and everyone sees that I am different now”.
This is because they learned how to let go.
I am very thankful that I can be a part of it and that I can guide them on their path. It’s a true privilege.
