This Book, Introduction

I am writing this book for myself and you. In a difficult moment in my life, I turn to my husband Paweł, who explains that you do not have to become overwhelmed by anything. In the lengthy dialogues that I decided to put down in writing and organize to be able to share with you, my husband explains how to achieve peace of mind, better health, a sense of security and prosperity, as well as confidence in your own happiness and the care that surrounds you. Do not let yourself be overcome by problems, worries and difficulties. Do not let troubles, failures or lack of health destroy your happiness, faith in God’s protection over you and your family, and courage in following your great dreams and looking confidently into the future. You can enjoy the closeness of the people you love, the beauty of life and a great state of health and clarity and purity of creative mind every day. How to do it when you are broken, weak, sick, or when you have lost faith that anything good can still happen to you … I am asking these questions, for myself and you, to my husband, who has never let me down in providing the right answer, direction and clarity, especially in times of challenge and chaos, and need of direction, renewed faith and emotional batteries charged with love, big dreams and trust in the better tomorrow.
